We constantly had wifi throughout our trip. We are glad we decided on getting this. It sure helped when we could not figure out how to get back to the hotel.

I preordered the portable WiFi unit as well as their translator device for our trip to Tokyo. As they promised, they had my devices waiting for me when we checked into our hotel. Both devices are small, lightweight and very easy to take wherever we went. It gave us perfect WiFi reception for both my wife and my phones consistently. They make it easy to return the devices with a prepaid mailing envelope. It was the perfect travel solution for us while in Japan. It was an amazing trip! Thank you Japan Wireless!

The pocket wireless was a life saver for getting around Tokyo and communicating with students.
The only issue was at the Post Office when they couldn’t find my envelope! Otherwise, this made traveling in Japan without international data a breeze!!

Easy set up and we were connected the entire time. Battery life was great. We had issues with getting our device because of a typhoon but customer service was great and credited us the days that we were without it. Thanks!
