Lasted the full 10hrs and had great, fast connection from Tokyo all through to Kyoto. Convenient that it comes with own power bank to recharge. Highly recommend, would definitely use again

This has been my 4th time using Japan Wireless, and the customer experience from ordering to drop-off is convenient as ever. No problem with the pocket wifi itself as always. Only had a problem with the charger cord as this time it didn't match with the device's port. Good thing I brought an extra cable

Hassle free pick-up and drop off. It has a wide coverage that I am not worried I may get disconnected while visiting rural areas. Also the battery lasts even though there are seven of us using the device. Don’t rely on the free power bank though as the ports are too sensitive you need to check everytime if it is still charging.

Definitely a must, especially if you are here for a while. The device was delivered promptly and the connection works efficiently. 5 stars!
