I was very impressed with the service and great quality Wi-Fi. I used it when I visited my mother in Japan from the U.S. Staff promptly responded to all my queries and Wi-Fi was delivered on time to my mother's home when I arrived. Having English support was definitely a plus. Wi-Fi worked great at my mother's house. I could be in the bedroom upstairs and it had strong signal. I was so pleased with the service and the product that I decided to convert to annual contract.

Very easy process all the way through at a reasonable price. Only small improvement could be to have 5G devices instead of 4G
