Second time using Japan Wireless’ pocket wifi. Just as good as the first time a few years ago. Very easy to return and free shipment to hotel was great!

I used the pocket wifi for our 8 days trip in Japan and we had no connection issues.There was even great signal even at the top of Fushimi Inari Temple and even at Tokyo DisneySea. It was easy for me to get the gadget at the airport and hassle free when I dropped it off at the airport.

I have use this service over many years, it is always excellent and great service. It is delivered to my hotel, so no trouble. Highly recommended

Reasonably stable most of the time. Observed intermittent droputs, but restores itself after re-authentication.

Delivery to the hotel and returning through post was quick and easy. Wi-Fi was reliable in our touring around Tokyo

I’ve been using the device for 2months and it’s been brilliant. The only issue is charging as it doesn’t connect properly- I think it’s a loose connection. That said I wouldn’t be without it now as it’s allowed me to upload anywhere I go!I keep it on constant charge to be sure I have connection.
