This was our first time using Japan wireless and it worked out great! We reserved just a few days before leaving and pick up was easy at the airport, connection was excellent, drop off was easy with the prepared return envelope at the airport. Device was compact, easy to carry and battery lasted all day. Came with a battery pack, but we only needed to use it once as most days we just charge at night. Connection was secure and so didn’t have concerns when needing to make purchases online. Made traveling so easy as we could always use our phone map to navigate transit as well as use google translate to read signs and menus. Website was easy to navigate to order. Thank you for making our trip so much better!

The process of ordering, reserving a wireless wi-if unit was very easy and there were great directions for where to pick it up when I get to Japan and how the use it and return it.

Pickup was quick and smooth as well drop-off. Great wifi service anywhere.
