Very good connection speed, great battery life, and very easy to use

We travelled from Hokkaido down to Kyushu and out to the Kii Peninsula. We had coverage every where.

I rented a router from a different company last year. This one from Japan Wireless had a much longer battery life and lasted me all day. Also, the router came with a backup battery in a very nice flat case that was easy to return with the postage prepaid.

The equipment tends to get very hot, i guess because of its use, and discharges relatively fast. The coverage was pretty good and the delivery of the equipment was so easy delivering it at the airport mailbox. Just fine! :)

The device was easy to setup and use. It was reliable for the most part. However, there were a few times that our devices loss connection and had to reconnect. Overall, it was very useful on our trip to Japan.

Great service, easy to pick up/drop off and instructions are super clear. Powerpack that is supplied is useful but would recommend bringing one of your own as backup - it runs out of battery pretty quickly if there are a few of you using the router

This device was a godsend in Japan when out and about. Light, easy to use and great signal. We heavily used Google Maps to get around and this enabled us to travel around with confidence. Service was excellent too.
