It was simple and efficient! Made my trip much more relaxed and safe. Definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Japan.

Appreciated the working pocket wifi for the time we were in Japan. The spare battery was especially nice to have as a backup for phones and the wifi. Returning could not have been more simple. Would rent again and have already referred a family over to Japan wireless.

Pickup and return procedure easy to follow. However, request MUCH LARGER FONT on instructions on set up pocket wifi since smaller font are unreadable.

Pick up was easy, once we found the Post Office, return was a breeze. Just had to remember to charge it every evening and we had reliable internet access at all times.
