The pocket wifi worked well throughout the trip. The additional battery was helpful since the pocket wifi needed an extra charge to last the entire day. I did not receive a confirmation that the wifi was successfully returned via the postal system.

Absolutely fantastic: from the airport pick up and drop off to the wi-fi performance !
Never had a problem with downloads or web surfing; the hot spot lasted a full day with no need of using the power bank it came with.

We went to Japan as a family of four in late April. I purchased the pocket wifi and found that it was fast and very reliable. It was extremely convenient because we were constantly using Google Maps to find our way around. Another great convenience was the return envelope because we left in a different airport from where we started so being able to put it in a mailbox was very convenient.

The whole process was easy from start to end. The router was waiting for me in the hotel as I requested and setting It up was super easy. We had great coverage in all of Japan and returning it in Narita airport at the end of our trip was also simple! Definitely recommend it!!!!!

What a great device to have during our trip to Japan. My wife and I linked to it in tandem throughout the trip. It was waiting for me at the hotel when we arrived and I popped it in the post box outside our hotel on the day we departed. Great value and great product.
