Our 3 phones were connected to the internet for our whole time in Japan. It was a necessity for us to be able to travel around. Everyone should hire one. The airport was the ideal location for collection and return. Thank you Ninja WiFi.

I rented this product for 2 week visit to Japan which included time in Tokyo, Kanazawa, and in the Japanese Alps, traveling by train and automobile. I was always able to access my email and other internet links as did my spouse. The package included a backup battery which I did not need as was able to recharge the device every night using the plug supplied.

As long as you let this charge up it is reliable and comes in handy. Never left home without it and never got lost once. Easy pick up, easy drop off, reasonable price.

The pocket wifi was very easy to pick up, set up, and the connection was always fast and reliable when not underground. The back-up battery proved very useful because the device would run out of power around 8-10 hours of constant use. Overall no major issues.
