Very good connectivity and reasonably priced. The only problem I had was a worn out usb cable. I just used my personal one instead. I would order from them again.

Simple hassle free experience

We rented the Premium tier for 7 days. We had it sent to our hotel prior to our arrival. It was waiting for us, ready to use when we got in. Set up and connecting to the pocket wifi was quick and easy. It came with simple instructions in what to do from start to return time. It also came with ready mail paid envelope for its return and clear instructions on where to return it to. The connection strength was great. We were able to enjoy our regular usage of internet plus having to use Google maps all day long was the cherry on top. I highly recommend!!

really cheap and delivers to your hotel!

I rented 2 of these for our trip to Japan. Worked flawlessly with no issues and excellent coverage from Tokyo to Osaka even on the shinkansen. Very easy pickup and return process. Would definitely rent them again.

My wifi was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel. It was great that it was fully charged so I was able to use it right away. Two of us used this wifi and since it can’t last the whole day, they included the Powerbank which saved the day.
