Very useful product. It made my life much easier (and cheaper) while in Japan.

Used this for 2 weeks and had excellent coverage throughout Japan. Very occasional outages (2-3 times during the trip) that lasted from a few minutes to a few hours, but otherwise had no issues. Unit lasted ~10hrs with moderate-heavy use from 4 smartphones, so seldom had to use the backup battery. Very painless pickup and return. Note: I was unable to charge and use the device simultaneously, so be sure to charge overnight/well before you expect to rely on it heavily.

We had 5 of use the pocket WiFi for 5 days and it worked terrific. Just what we needed!
