Great service and super easy to use

The pickup and drop off was very easy as it was in the airport terminal. Everything I needed was in the package including the envelope to return it. The device had consistent signal, there were times when the signal was weak but nothing a restart couldn't fix. The portable battery was not as good as the device itself but it served as a good backup. I was charging from the car when I was on the go so it wasn't too bad. Definitely a good option, priced reasonably, to have when overseas.

We were very happy with our pocket wi-fi rental. It had great battery life and there were only a couple of days when we were out until late where we needed the included extra battery. Highly recommend!

portable wifi was sent to hotel as requested and received on schedule. The wifi works great and was able to share with two other family member without issues. The wifi was fast enough and battery can last the whole day. I would recommend this wifi to others.

It was a last-minute reservation but the product was available for pick-up as promised. Finding the location took some effort (first time in Japan), I recommend getting familiar with the instructions ahead of time.
