This product was waiting for us at the hotel. It was easy to set up for our family and we started using it immediately. We went all over Japan and the coverage was great - with only a few issues when we went on a boat and moved away from the mainland. It also worked on the Shinkansen. Great wifi!

Seamless pickup and even easier returning process. Easy way to have data wherever you go to in the country, also the battery on the hotspot lasts way longer than a day, was able to use mine from 8am til 2am the next day without charging it. Amazing product and service. Would highly recommend!
