My hotel contacted Japan Wireless and they promptly delivered the device to my hotel the same day at a very low fee. Such great service. Device was also very reliable, shared amongst 3 users. Worked great almost always, except at the convention centre in Yokohama. We spent 4 days in the convention centre which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I needed the wifi to stay in touch with my kid. I had ordered one for him as well and he had similar issues. Worked great at DisneySea and all over Tokyo and our Mnt Fuji day trip

We travelled from Tokyo to Osaka with various pit stops around in 11 days. The wifi service is available throughout. We didn't experience any lag on the services. And it was so convenient. It was delivered in our hotel and we dropped it off in the airport before flying out. We definitely recommend this.
