Very easy to use and convenient to return

My stay in Japan was great bec. We used Premium wifi I can still work & communicate with my staff even Im on a holiday.

Good connections and battery pack includes was a good set.

The service is amazing, I had no problem accessing the device anywhere in Japan - which includes Matsuyama and all of Hokkaido up to Wakkanai, Mombetsu, the Bihoro Pass etc.
The only reason I have to deduct a point is the hardware itself. I had it on three different occasions that the Wi-Fi (while being in my trouser pocket)
- unlocks itself
- blocks my Phone
- resets its SIM
- nearly resets its Password
- switches language to Japanese

Thank God I know tech well enough AND am able to read fluent Japanese. Aside from the Wi-Fi itself, everything is in good English (including the device when it reaches you), so I can recommend this service. Just don't carry the Wi-Fi directly on your body, use a bag or something.

Exactly as advertised. Easy to use. Very fast internet everywhere you go. Battery lasts all day.

We drove around Hokkaido and being connected the whole time was very helpful. Really handy in remote areas for tourists who don’t want to pay for global roaming. The service is really efficient : delivery to the hotel and drop off at any post box.

The entire experience was seamless. From time I ordered on line, pick up at hotel , usage, and drop off at airport. Will definitely use it during my next visit

Coming for a short trip from America, this device worked like a charm. I was able to connect multiple devices to it and it never crashed or dropped service. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Japan to get one. Service was quick, I had the device waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived.
