It's very easy to set up. But wish the printed instruction was not so blurred so it would be even better. Anyway, without this pocket WiFi, it would be not possible for me to find ways to navigate roads and streets in Japan! A must have tool when travle in Japan!

Easy and super reliable

The Japan Wireless unit was a must have for our first trip around Japan. We were able to navigate using maps, look up information wherever we went, without racking up our international travel charges through our US carrier.

The wifi is super fast and never lost service even when we were quite far from any city, excellent customer service that helped me with the return process. Will definitely be renting out this plan again.

The whole experience was just as easy as instructed. Will refer to others & be a return customer.

I recently used Japan Wireless for a month while travelling around Japan and would definitely recommend their services. I always had fast internet access, never once had to use the back-up battery and pickup/return of the product was quick and easy.

This mobile wifi device was delived as requested to the hotel and worked very well for our trip.

The wifi product we rented worked really well, but also the pick-up and drop off procedure was quick and easy.

Wifi was very good and there was very few times when the connection wasn't great. Overall super reliable and I would definitely rent a pocket wifi with them again!!
