really convenient. wouldn't have survived Japan without it

Honestly not much to say. It was comfortable to carry, easy to use, gave me all the data I need.
Plus the adapter and powerbank that came with it made packing my luggage easier.
Definitely would order again. Zero downsides.

No drop outs or any restrictions on the service while in Japan - including some regional areas as well as main cities.
We plan to use them again next trip to Japan.

Wifi was fast and I love that it came with its own charger which I can also use for my phone.

We had a great experience using the Portable Wifi. We always had good signal available and enough charge for the day's activity, we never had to use the powerbank. We would use it again without hesitation.
