I'm globally very satisfied by your service. Pick-up/drop is very convenient, 4G coverage is great (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka), price is ok.
I had to remove one star because the routeur powered off itself from time to time but in the end, it was not much disturbing. I just had to power on the device again.

Fantastic service and speed - delivered on time and very easy to use. Highly recommended.

Small compact and can use it all over japan. i've bee to hokkaido to osaka with no issues besides being underground like in subway walkways and tunnels. if there's any downside it overheats a lot so every 3-4 hours turn it off for 30min or so and recharge it every 8 hours as mine constantly says 50% battery life no matter what.
