Worked great. Delivery to hotel on arrival day was perfect. We did have a problem with unit and Japan Wireless sent us a new one right away to our next hotel destination.

Ease of hire was great. Unit was at our hotel when we arrived and postage at airport was so easy. A great service while we were travelling in Japan.

They delivered the pocket wifi to my hotel prior to my arrival. It was an easy hassle-free experience. The pocket wifi was rated to last 10 hrs but I felt it lasted longer. I did not even need to use the external battery. It was also convenient to return the product by putting it in a mailbox at the airport.

This product was worth purchasing. My T-Mobile Free 2G was too slow for my liking. The product wifi did have some hiccups in areas that was too crowded.
