Having wifi wherever you go in Japan is a no-brainer. Ordering, pick-up, drop-off and setup was super easy. Can really recommend!

I ordered a pocket WiFi for my recent trip to Japan and couldn’t have been happier with it. The device was shipped to my hotel for my arrival and I received a tracking number and notification of the delivery via email so I knew that I was going to have it for check in. The pocket WiFi came well packaged with very easy to use instructions and worked seamlessly without any hiccups. A few things I really enjoyed:
1) the free extra battery pack. Most companies will charge you extra for a spare battery pack to charge. This was included which was great

2) the fact that I didn’t actually need to use the battery pack because the pocket WiFi battery lasts a ridiculously long time. We would typically leave our hotel at 8:30-9am and venture out for at least 8h. I never one had the pocket WiFi die. In fact the lowest it ever got in terms of battery life was 34% and that was after 9-10h. So I would have imagined it could have gone another 3.

Overall I was extremely pleased. I would rent with them again without hesitation.

Fast and reliable wireless connections all throughout Japan. Rented it for 14 days and never had any issues except of course when we’re passing the tunnel on Shinkansen.

This is the second time I have rented this product from Japan Wireless. I found it very reliable and I was able to use it everywhere we went to in Japan. I plan to use it again when we visit Japan next year.

The pocket wifi was of great help communicating with others and getting around.

The product was delivered to my hotel the day I arrived in Japan and was easy to return by mail at the airport.

I’ve used this product before and will continue to use it on future trips.

Pick up and drop off was quick and easy, worked without issue the entire 2 weeks, only had to use the included battery bank once (due to us accidentally not charging it overnight)

Easy pick up, stable wifi, easy return. We could not ask for more
