Our family of three greatly enjoyed the convenience of having access to fixed-price WiFi throughout our Japan trip. For some reason, I was unable to download new phone apps via this service but had to use the hotel WIFI for this purpose.
The service was not fast, but very convenient. The pickup and return was easy.
Recommended to anyone visiting Japan from abroad.

Using Japan Wireless is PERFECT. The service my party and i received was perfect, great reception all over Japan, not just Tokyo but Kyoto, Osaka, Kamakura, etc. Hands down, the absolute best decision we made. Also the ease of use was fantastic since they handed us everything we needed, in English, to manage the device. It was so easy to start and connect multiple devices in a few minutes maximum. Thank you Japan Wireless and thanks to your business wifi hotspot, it made out trip truly 'connected' ;)

Ease of pick up took under 3 minutes as we pre booked on line, never had a problem with connection and ease of drop of into the pre paid envelope at the airport the system was flawless from start to finish.

It looks like we got a new pocket Wi-Fi model so now the battery lasts all day without charging!!
