Our first day, we got to Japan, the device we got couldn't hold a charge. They got a replacement to us the very next day. We had high speed internet everywhere we went including rural areas. This service and company are top notch!

I highly recommend Japan wireless to anyone who is looking for reliable and high speed wifi during their stay in Japan. We used it in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. The company was also kind enough to extend our usage for free for 3 additional days due to delays in our flight from the recent typhoon. Their customer service is exemplary!

This is actually the 3rd time that I've utilised this service, and have been very pleased with both the delivery of the product and the way the product works. It's also a tad easier to pay for it than other companies I've used, when initially ordering, which is nice. It's a routine for me now to book when I'm going to Japan, and I've recommended it to others travelling there.
