Very good, no need to return after use, just took spare phone working as a hot spot

I would recommend this SIM Card. Connects properly with my Iphone 6S, signals are overall great, never have any difficulties.

We had 500MB per day and it was more then enough for moderate use. Will use it again when in Japan.

Great service ! Ordered post office delivery to the airport. Letter was waiting for me already when I landed.
No problems with setup usage or coverage. Even tethering for other devices worked flawlessly.

I used Japan Wireless's service four times in the last two years. Each time I used SIM Data Card and it worked fine both in metropolitan and rural areas. The speed is good and the service is good enough to make VoIP calls so it can be used to call mobile or landline numbers.

I never came close to the 500 MB daily limit.

I always had the card delivered to Narita airport and there was never a problem with collecting it.

Communication with the staff over email is efficient.

I'm planning to go to Japan again this Autumn and I have no intention to look for another provider.

I used the sim plan: internet 4G connection was fast and reliable everywhere (I travelled mostly in cities between north and south Japan). Price was also honest for the service offered. I think they could low a bit the price for the hotspot plans (especially the basic ones, that's actually why I went for the sim plan) since the hotspot router is only on rental. Anyway recommended

It worked very well and the instructions on how to use it were very clear!
