The connectivity was fast and constant. Sometimes lost it for a minute or two, but no big deal. A countdown or a direct message on the last day would be appreciated.

We ordered a pocket wifi and a couple of sim cards for our trip to Japan ahead of time. When we arrived at our hotel, the items were already waiting at the reception, setup was simple, and we were ready to go. Needless to say, wifi allowed us to find our daily destinations without a hitch, and the backup battery charger came in super handy towards the end of the day. Dropping off the items in the the return envelope provided was easy. In addition, communication with JapanWireless was great; they kept us in the loop on our order, sent timely reminders and directions for drop off, and confirmed receipt of returns. So easy to work with! We highly recommend this company for their products, service, and very affordable and competitive rates!

Easy to use. Connectivity was excellent.

The sim worked perfectly for me. I ordered two cards and it worked well with my Pixel but our second phone didnt work because it doesnt support the frequencies used in Japan. But thats on me for not checking beforehand.

SIM arrived at hotel as expected and SIM cards work well through trip; used only 1GB each. Highly recommended !
