Afetr buying the sim we saw some very negative remarrks on trustpilot, so we wee afraid that we had bought the wrong one. But the delivery was fast and it worked very well for the whole 30 days. Next time we will use it again.

The sim card pick up was clear and fast at the airport. Went to 4 different cities and had great coverage in all of the cities. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again when I return!

We used the simcard during our stay in Japan - it was very simple. The only negative is it wasn't compatible with my phone (Realme) but my husband's phone (Samsung) worked well with the sim. The company warned in advance that some phone brands might be incompatible with the simcard.

Hands on, one of the best decision I made when traveling to Japan. Easy to setup on android devices and extremely useful as I did't have to cary around a a wifi router and a powerbank around with me.
This is perfect for someone who is staying less than 30 days in Japan and will use it for map guidance and day to day use of social media apps. This is not an option for streaming video or watching netflix or youtube on the go, as you will hit your daily maximum if doing so.

Excellent Internet Quality in Tokyo, Kurobe, Osaka, Miyajima, Okunushima and in between. Shipment to my Hotel worked flawless and in Time. I will use it again.
