Our portable wifi was invaluable and made our holiday so easy and carefree. Value for money is unbelievable! This is my biggest tip for any Japan traveller, get portable wifi from Japan wireless!! It was fantastic. And so easy to set up and send back. Just brilliant!

I ordered my pocket wifi and shipped it to the hotel I was staying at and picked it up at the reception desk the next day. Before departing, I was able to drop it off at the airport before I flew out at a post box inside the airport. The envelope and stamp was already provided. The whole process was so seamless and I am extremely happy with the service and it was affordable! I highly recommend to anyone seeking pocket wifi especially if you missed out on getting it at the airport!

I wanted to have internet on my family's personal devices while in Japan and did not really need to make phone calls. With those requirements in mind the Premium Wifi device was PERFECT! Pickup at Haneda was painless, initial setup and daily use was issue free, and drop off in a post box on departure at Haneda was easy. For my needs this couldn't be beat.
