Very easy all around, had 2 regular iPhones plus 1 data only iPhone and a laptop all connected. Access was great all around Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto. It did slow down noticeably when multiple devices were downloading and/or streaming at the same time.

From the moment we picked it up at the airport to after we returned it at the culmination of our trip, the pocket wifi was soooooo easy to use and made our trip stress free. Highly, highly recommend!

The router i received was an older model than pictured.
Pickup at the airport was easy (just like last year, only this time at Narita instead of Haneda). Setup easy. Connection good, coverage good but not perfect, battery lasted juuust through the day with two users. Only at Shinkansen speed the router couldnt keep up switching towers and dropped connection, well.
Postal return on departure day again easy.
I would purchase the same plan again.

We used the pocket WiFi for our two week vacation. Everything from delivery to return worked perfectly. This is our second time using this service.

It was the best wifi we could hire, easy to use and above all without limits.
We will return to Japan in December and we will definitely hire it again.

It was easy to use. The whole family had internet access. They included a power bank that could also be used for my phone.
It lasted a full day without the power bank under normal use.
I did need the power bank during my Shinkansen trip.
Thank you for your service; it was well worth it.
I would recommend this to others.
I hope I’ll have the chance to use this device again.

Seamless transaction from booking, to pick up and drop off. Signal is so good. No lost of connection at all and truly unlimited wifi. No worrying of going over data. Lightweight and powerbank provided as well. Will definitely use again if ever going back to Japan.
