Pretty easy process considering the language barrier. Easy enough to find the service kiosk at Haneda Airport on the way in. Never needed to use the battery provided with nightly charges. Easy enough to carry around and minimal connection issues with two phones daily. Simple instructions to drop off at red post office box, which was close to departure check-in counters. Highly recommend.

I always use Japan Wireless for my wifi whenever I visit Japan, and the service is always fantastic.
The only thing I would say this time is that I usually get an e-mail to confirm that the wifi has been returned at the end of my trip, but this time I did not get this confirmation (so I was a bit anxious that it did not get returned in the post properly!).
The wifi itself works perfectly every time and I will keep using Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan.

It was reliable during all my trip. The instructions were very simple I was able to use it and return it without even speaking Japanese. The extra charge they lend you can also be useful for other devices in case of emergencies.

Picked up the package at the airport on arrival.
Once we found the kiosk it was simple to set up and worked without any major issues.
Slight problem with connectivity in remote areas
