So ive never used something like this before and it worked perfect. I never had amy problems with the device itself. Setup was supper easy and the wifi was working perfectly all the time! Ill order again on my next visit.

When I ordered the WiFi pick up from the wrong airport, and only realised on arrival, Japan Wireless's help team speedily re-sent it to my hotel. The WiFi coverage was great throughout the visit. Just make sure you charge it (and the back up charge pack) daily and take both with you.

The connection was good. The size just as small as you can carry it in your pocket. The customer service is great.

We travelled around Japan for a month. Navigation is virtually indispensable. The wireless never let us down for a moment. Good connectivity everywhere. Battery is more than sufficient for one day.
Product was neatly waiting for us in our hotel room the first day of arrival. Returning it to the airport (Osaka in this case) is no problem, so you are never without internet. Highly recommended. Acceptable price considering you can connect more devices.

Easy and good wifi, very good battery

This kind of wifi is very useful. At least for me it was.
I had no problem with it and worked properly everywhere. I lost my phone and I had another one so I could connect at mobile date with no problem.
Also, the device came to my hotel and I returned it at the airport. It was very, very easy.

Our first trip to Japan, a self arranged 26 days from Tokyo to Hiroshima and the Kii-Peninsula. With two phones and an iPad we could not have managed without it. It seemed much easier than a SIM card that my sister and brother in law from Australia used. Really easy to arrange. Delivered to our first hotel in Tokyo and then posted back in the provided packaging from Haneda Airport before going through security. The kit was very easy to us. Excellent service.
