I rented the WiFi pack and it was delivered to the hotel and super easy prepaid envelope to drop off and return. Very convenient and was always reliable to connect. Would use this company again !!!

This product was the best choice to use in Japan. It worked all over the country, on the Bullet Train going from Tokyo to Hiroshima and then all the highways and finally up in Gunma. Having a battery backup was also the best choice. I will always hire a product like this when travelling overseas. It was also easy to pick up at the airport and then drop off at the airport. BEST PRODUCT ever!

Was easy to find the counter in fukuoka. A little harder to find drop box at haneda. Did everything we expected. The cord given did not work. Bought a replacement and worked fine. Left the new cord for next renter to use.

Worked like a charm and the battery life was amazing.
