The internet connection for two phones worked flawlessly with a single device. We only had to restart the device once during the entire trip. The battery lasted all day even under heavy use, including browsing maps and public transport schedules.

Pickup and return were very convenient, even though they took place at airports in different cities. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

We are so glad to rented this wifi. I was in Japan for 17 days. I had no any wifi problem at all. It came with a power bank. I charged it every night. The power bank had no problem to last for whole day.

After a confusing start (admittedly on my end) that was promptly cleared up with swift service via email, the rental period went without any issues. Connection quality and speed was great all throughout Tokyo.
