We used the pocket wifi across Japan for three weeks and it was very good. we picked it up from the post office with no hustle even though we picked it up on Obon Monday. power is enough for a day of normal usage. would recommend to family and friends!

Useful to found our way, find a restaurant or a specific shop. We found essential and very helpful to get a wifi pocket. Battery autonomy and connection are good.

What a fantastic service. Package was delivered to my hotel before my arrival, the wifi worked perfectly and held its charge all day long. Popped it in the post in the pre paid envelope before I left for the airport. Excellent service, will definitely use again. Thank you.

For a travel group, it's the optimal solution if you want to use your wifi the same way you would use it in your home country. You don't have to think about data packages.

In all aspects, the unit I hired exceeded my expectations. The only minor issue was that I kept running out of Battery charge on the unit and spare battery. Could mostly get through a long day on the bus tour, but needed my own additional power bank to maintain the full use all of the day and night. I could have turned it off when not needed, so my bad.
