I've been using Japan Wireless since 2019 and the service is ALWAYS amazing. The newer adapters especially are amazing (they're a little bigger than the old ones, but I've found the speed is much better, and they hold a charge longer). The service is hassle-free and extremely easy to use. I always arrange for delivery to my Hotels and I've never had any problems picking it up, getting it set up, using it, and returning it. As I say, I've been using the service for years and will certainly be using again on my next trip!

I’ve had a really good experience with using the WiFi router. A few times it was a little spotty, but most of the time it worked great. Will definitely rent it again
