Very easy to pick up at arrival area. Easy to return also no problems with operation.

I was going back and forth between an eSIM and a hotspot. Glad I went with the hotspot. It was very dependable. The only thing I would change is it only came with one charging cable so at the end of the of the day if battery pack and hotspot were low on power you could only charge one.

I could not have been more pleased with my hot spot while in Japan. I ordered it prior to my arrival and it was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived. Set-up was very easy and fast and the unit worked flawlessly. Returning was simple and I definitely will order again on my next trip to Japan.

The wireless device was delivered to the hotel as ordered. It worked well as we were enjoying the different sites. We had several devices logged into it and it never had issues. The return was very easy. It came with a prepaid self-addressed envelope to just drop in a post box. I received notification when it arrived back to the company. I would recommend using this company and service!

Great every trip. Really appreciate the included battery pack, which sees use at least once or twice a trip because I use my phone a lot. The price is good too, especially for longer trips but it's worth it even for my most recent one of ten days. Easy to return all the equipment on my way home at the airport.

This March was my travel group's third time in Japan, and we have used Japan Wireless every time. The pickup and dropoff process was easy as always, and the Pocket Wifi worked without issues.
