This was such an easy process. And the wifi was great throughout my trip. It was my only source of cell service as well using VOIP. I just kept the unit in my backpack and charged it at night. They also provide you a external battery in case you need the additional battery life for the unit.

I use Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi for my business travels while in Japan. It has consistently arrived at my destination on time, and I appreciate the email tracking updates. The product is fast enough for regular business and communications, but not 5G quick. Additionally, the battery can last a full day with moderate usage. Japan Wireless also provides a supplemental charge pack for extended/heavy usage days. I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

Absolutely brilliant, the battery lasts a long time, the reception is excellent and means you have everything you need. The cost is extremely reasonable and was able to connect to the internet and navigate Japan. Definitely using it again when I go back

The pocket WiFi is very easy to configure on our mobiles and to use. We were two people connected on it and it's very helpful for visiting Japan. I recommend this product and Japan Wireless.

We ordered our WiFi for 2 weeks. Had no problem with it, always connected. Battery lasted whole day so didn't worry about loosing connection. Was easy to pick up at the airport and also easy to send it back. Very satisfied and would definitely use again when visiting
