The portable WiFi worked very well absolutely everywhere in Japan. The service from Japan Wireless was excellent, the device was at our hotel when we arrived and the procedure to post it back at the airport at the end of the holiday worked superbly.

I really enjoyed the experience. For 2 or more, is much better than an eSim in terms of price.

We were traveling from mid Japan to the south and rented the wifi solution that worked perfectly. The coverage was perfect and it was unlimited. The only problem - that really wasn’t a problem but a bit annoying was that it warned that the consumption was over the limit. But we used it anyhow and it worked well.
