This worked great for us with pick up and drop off at the airport. Quality was extraordinary. We would definitely use Japan Wireless again!

I have rented the same mifi for my trips to Japan a few times. It’s dependable, coverage is great, speed is fast! I used it throughout Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo, and Sapporo. A must have in Japan for directions. Highly recommended.

There's not much to say other that the Premium Wi-Fi works exactly as expected. Will rent it the next time I'm coming to Japan again.

Generally good performance and reasonably priced. The extra power bank was specially useful. We experienced interruptions in some places like in Lake Yamaguchi.

This was great. I went off the beaten track a little and still got coverage. I charged it overnight and the battery lasted most of the day and supported a few devices used by the tour group I was leading at the same time.

We found having a wireless wifi helped tremendously as we often had to use google to search for information eg. train lines; food etc. The ordering process was straightforward and they emailed instructions on pick-up and drop-off which was easy to follow. We picked ours at Narita T1 Post office and dropped it off at the same location (although they did say you could drop it off at any post box). The wifi signals were strong and consistent and we did not have any issues with using it. Would use it in future for our Japan travels.

Got our package delivered to the hotel on time. Everything worked well. Drop off was easy at the airport. Would have been nice to have clearer instruction in English on what screen should look like when you turn it on and when you charge it up. Other than that, all was great!

Great service and a fantastic product for a great price

Worked like a charm right out of the box. Fast 4G, reliable and full coverage all places we visited. Even uploaded pictures and videos to Internet while moving 300 km/h inside Shinkansen bullet-train. Very satisfied with this solution.
