This was our first Japan Wireless service experience and it was nothing less than excellent all the way round. From the moment we picked up our WiFi package at Narita Airport until the day we dropped it off at a local post office, the device worked beyond our expectations. Not once were we without WiFi service for the three weeks we were in Japan, which is to say Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. We can not thank Japan Wireless enough for the excellent service and experience we enjoyed during our visit. We had an awesome experience with Japan Wireless. Booking was easy, collection was easy, and returning the portable Wifi was easy too. We had great coverage where ever we went, with service never failing. We were a party of four adults and an eight year old, and the connection was always sufficient. We didn’t experience any service degradation despite all of us using it. A real bonus was the portable power bank, that certainly was a help! We had a small hard shell case that we weren’t using which was the perfect size to hold the wifi device and power bank. Highly recommend and would happily return to Japan Wireless on our next trip to Japan. Thank you team!

Japan -wireless was very responsive when I had issues with my router. They sent me instructions in how to reboot and it worked most of the time.
They also offers to replace the router. I was traveling with a group and others who had Japan-wireless had no issues at all.

Battery life didn’t last but thankfullly it came with a portable charger too! Still really good. Had no issues and will rent same one next time I’m back in Japan

We visit Japan in Oktober. We could not read the caracters and we did not know the way. But with Japan wireless we could always look at Google translate and Google maps. It is a must to have Japan Wireless with you.

Excellent product. The battery lasts almost all day and the power bank is very useful.
