Cannot travel in Japan without it
Always connected

We traveled in a group of 7 and used 2 pocket wifi routers. They worked perfect for the first week of our trip. Some snags, which were easily remedied, were not connecting to them for some reason even though they were on and at times they didn't charge. When the devices weren't connecting, it helped to restart them but at times this would be to be done a few times. When they weren't charging, we realized we needed to use the cord and charger that was provided instead of our own that fit them. Ordering, picking up the devices, and returning them was a breeze. I would highly recommend this company and product.

Very good product and efficiency

Great service, easy to pickup and post back. Device worked flawlessly the while trip. The charging pack is also a great addition for the longer days out.

The puck was fast, and super reliable. The connection was also steady for the 3 of us, even whennwe were using them for 3 different streaming purposes: navigating in real time, talking to our family thru Whatsapp and Skype, and catching pokemons. It made our trip that much easier. Picku and drop off was easy as pie. Highly recommend - 10/10.

Battery lasted all day every day, with uninterrupted high speed truly unlimited usage every where we went in the country.

I have used the Japan wireless device during my 10-day trip in Japan. I found it at my arrival at the hotel, used everywhere in the country and returned it in the pre-supplied envelope through the hotel. Internet was available anywhere. SUPER EFFICIENT SERVICE. a pity that in Italy we do not have it!
