This was one of the best decisions during our trip to Japan. Stay connected at all time. Easy to connect, carry on and charge. It included an extra battery with no extra charge that was really useful. And the Service was just perfect.

Unit worked great all over the place only had loss of signal one time during the whole 10 day trip and a restart fixed it. Went all the way out to the countryside of Sado island and still got decent connectivity. Would recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

Book this for sure. So easy to use. Pick up at the airport and never get lost! So fast and great battery life. More countries need this for travellers.

This my second time using the pocket WI-FI from Japan Wireless. It is an excellent way to stay connected.
I must say this is the most convenient, you can pick up pocket wi-fi at airport, or delivered to your hotel.
Connection is great, more than just one person can connect compared to a sim option. Also comes in a little a pouch with the accessories to keep you connected - usb charger cable and power bank.
When you going home just put everything in the pouch, pouch goes in the supplied envelop and drop off at your nearest post office ( there one at the airport before going into security). Voila your done.

P.S will always use Japan Wireless every time I'm in Japan.

I repeatedly used this mobile router. It covered all areas I used my mobile devices. It was hardly noticed in my bag as it was small and light.
