The wifi box worked without problems and everywhere. The whole process including receiving and returning the device was well prepared by Japan Wireless and super easy. I recommend!

Japan Wireless is the best, from the great prices to the delivery of the unit, either at the airport or your hotel. Comes with the Wifi unit, the extra battery and charging cable. It's so easy to return it and I had no problems using the unit while traveling around Tokyo and Osaka. Highly recommended!
