Portable wi-fi made a massive difference, the wi-fi at most air bnb's were hopeless which you rely on to make bookings and organise what sights you are going to see, easy fits in a day pack which meant we could use google maps to find places, this was the single best move I made on our trip to Japan

We (2) ordered the Premium unlimited WiFi-Cube for 2 weeks. It was our first time in japan and that little guy made it so much easier! We charged it every night (it charged really quick) and after a day out in japan with 2 devices connected, we came back home and it still had 30%. The connection had at no point any kind of issues, it worked perfectl. And since the cube is so small, it also fits im every pocket/bag. With the cube you also get a powerbank but we had no use for it, since the cube lasted long enough itself. You can also connect more than 2 devices without a problem. All in all, 5* :)

Best thing I did before going to Japan was to organise the pickup at the airport of the Premium WI-FI device. I will be doing the same thing for my next trip to Japan.

I truly appreciated the use of the Premium WiFi on my recent trip to Hokkaido, Japan. As stated in the write up, the box was at the front desk at our arrival and I was able to access the wireless immediately after setting it up with my phone. The Wi Fi did run out of power by the late afternoon, but the battery back up helped to restore the system until I was fully able to charge it. Will definitely rent the system again on my next trip to Japan.
