Excellent in every way

Japan Wireless offers excellent service and products. The Premium Wi-Fi worked very well during my stay in Japan. They have raised their prices and cut the coverage of the insurance, however. I would and do recommend Japan Wireless to friends traveling to Japan.

Franchement super! Je le connecter seulement à mon portable mais je l'ai utilisé un mois entier jour et nuit aucun beug, la batterie tenais assez pour que je n'ai pas à utiliser la deuxième . Je le charger la nuit et la journée je l'utiliser facile jusqu'à 23h. Je n'ai aucun commentaire négatif si ce n'est qu'il est un peu lourd mais rien de méchant

As part of the "over 50 years old" group, I was somewhat skeptical that I would be able to use the device. With only minor assistance from clerks at the rental desk, I found the device to be easy to use with my cell phone. The only issue I had centered on usage of the external battery. It was slow to charge - although it is possible I was not using it well. I was extremely pleased with the return process. That process proved to be very easy and convenient. On my next visit, I will definitely us the your services again. Thank you.

this is wonderful and easy! we were in Japan for 2 weeks, we collected is as described at the airport quick and easy, and it worked almost immidiately. It worked at any place and any time the whole two weeks. THe only thing is the battery survives limited hours a day (but long I think for 8 hours ) and then you have to recharg it. But no problem just keep your recharger with you. I loved this product!
