The Wifi was amazing - very easy to pick up, easy to use, and easy to return! It always had a very good signal and although sometimes the batteries would die in the evening, it comes with an external charger that helps it last the rest of the night. It was a very reasonable price and I would definitely order this again when returning to Japan.

Easy command online

This mobile wifi was amazing!!! Starting from the online order to the delivery to the hotel to the ease of use. It was ALL excellent!!! I could not talk / rave about how excellent the service was all round during my 2 week stay in Japan. I would strongly recommend using Japan wireless they are a very reputable company with an excellent product and service!

Very good service.

Product was ordered online prior to leaving home. It was sitting in our hotel room on arrival, so conveniant. We had up to 3 devices connected. Only problems encountered was lost signal when underground in some train stations. Very easy to use. Return also very conveniant, as the reply paid and addressed envelope was supplied. The post box was right at the departure counter at the Osaka international airport.
