Conveniently picked up @ Narita airport upon arrival. Easy to set up. Only issue I had was all the email I was receiving , over 40 messages in Japanese, telling me according to the gentleman that helped translate the message, that I was going over my minutes limit and that I was going to incur additional charges. But the phone number listed was a Japan number that was unknown to me. Other than that it worked perfectly and all I had to do was drop it off in the enclosed envelope @ Narita Airport ( mailbox) and we’re done. Easy and convenient

I ordered it within a week of leaving for my trip, it was dropped off at the hotel which was really convenient and easy, and then super easy to just post at the airport before my flight left.
Highly recommend this for any trip to japan, as it made having internet super easy!

for all the period I used it has always worked correctly. the battery should improve to have a longer operating time. however it seems to me a very good product
