When the typhoon hit the country, we were stranded in Japan for about four extra days. Japan wireless came through and extended our coverage at a great convenience for no extra cost to us. Would definitely use them again next time I am in Japan.

We visited Japan from the U.S. and this made our trip so much easier! Set-up was quick and easy - just turn it on, and then it's like connecting your phone to any other wi-fi network. Performance was fast and reliable throughout our trip - even on trains, subways, and in remote areas, I think we only lost signal once or twice, and that was only for a few minutes. We relied on our phones to help us navigate on a daily (maybe hourly) basis, and this was so much easier and more economical than trying to work out a short-term international plan with our domestic mobile carriers. Highly recommend!

Great service, super easy to pickup at the airport/return, easy to use. The router battery lasted all day, we only had to use the portable battery (which they provide) once. Wifi was fast, never had any issue. Would definitely use again.

Rented it last year and this year... The model we got this year was so much better and I didnt have to recharge it on the go unless I was spending most of the day in low coverage areas.

Absolutely fantastic!

I used this for around 10 days in Japan. From Tokyo to Osaka. Never had a drop out signal. Connection was strong with very fast speeds. Was able to call my LINE contacts without issues. And their support is very helpful. Will be using Japan Wireless again.

I have rented Japan Wireless wi-fi for 18 days during my stay in Japan and I have to say that I did not have any problems with it. It worked everywhere, in the metro, while taking the train and in all the cities that I have visited. Highly recommended.
