we were 15 days, never had a problem, it lasts more than 12 hours and I never had a signal problem and we toured Japan from Tokyo to Hiroshima. Returned in the envelope to the post office on the airport. perfect ! thanks a lot. In future I will use it again for sure

We rent the pocket wi fi for 13 days. It works perfectly. We never need to use the power bank because the battery lasts for more than 8h.

We watched YouTube videos, google maps ALL the time, google translate. Pick up and delivering really fast and without issues. I highly recommend this wi fi and believe me: you gonna need a LOT. Thank you.

Rented a couple units for 12 days to split between a group of 5 adults. Pickup at Haneda was fast and easy, connection took 30 seconds, and we pretty much didn't think about them again for 12 days. Including 1 day inside during a typhoon (Hagibis) were we streamed Netflix to a few different devices; not so much as a hiccup.
Just charge it and the backup battery every night, you won't have any problems.

Worked great for three travelers. Occasionally it will lose signal inside or some random locations (ex: Osaka Castle) but we had single almost everywhere we needed it. Battery life is pretty short but the included battery pack was able to keep it charged for lost of the day.

We hired the Wi-Fi for our recent Japan trip. It was easy to book, collect & return with great follow up from Japan Wireless the whole way. The addition of the Power Bank was great and came in handy when we were out all day .

We will be using Japan Wireless again as there are no out of pocket expenses at all.
