Having fast, reliable WiFi with us at all times made life easy for our group. Most days we didn't need the additional battery but if we had long days out we used the additional power to keep us connected.

Easy to order, pick up, use, & return. We had the unit sent to our first hotel, then dropped it off at the post office at the airport. The battery held a charge all day (didn't really need the power bank it came with, but it was nice to have on hand) & coverage was not an issue. Most of our time was spent in Osaka & Kyoto; we never had any connectivity problems. Very fair price for the quality of service. Overall excellent experience! Would absolutely utilize this company again on our next visit.
