I got the wifi at nagoya airport just as promised. Used it to other part of japan without problem. Will definitely use again when I come to Japan in the future !!

I ordered my the day before our trip to Japan (less than 48 hours). After I completed my order online I received an email from their customer service stating that due to the short notice it would not be guaranteed to have my hotspot available upon my arrival at the airport. Instead, they suggested me to have it mail to my hotel instead. I did it and was concerned that we were not going to have wifi for the first day in Japan. However, when we were checking in at our hotel Front Desk handed me the package! We used it for the entire trip. Wifi was fast and stable at all time! Return was also easy. We simply dropped the package at the red mailbox at Haneda airport.
Highly recommended! Their customer service is also super responsive and easy to communicate in English. I will definitely use it again when I go back to Japan!

My husband and kids travelled to japan for our familymoon. You need internet in Japan. You need to know how to get places, train lines, general maps. English is minimal so you need to be able to look things up, use translate, I could go on for hours. Rather than paying a small fortune in global roaming with Optus or telstra, I did some research and found this. The transaction was easy and I felt safe (they used PayPal). I had the router shipped to our first hotel so we didn’t have to try and find out way around this enormous city and we got to using it straight away. It saved us an absolute fortune. The battery was fantastic, the coverage was perfect, we never had an issue. I read it of people talking about getting SIM cards- don’t bother. This little guy is perfect!
