Your product package fits my needs perfectly as my family is travelling with 7 devices and having a pocket WIFI that connects up to 10 devices is hard to find.
Only 1 minor problem during the purchasing journey - I had to tap about 3-4 times to choose the device package before it appears in the calculation box. Other than that, everything works well.

The device is just nice with reasonable price.

Iv used Japan-wireless for 5-6years and both, customer service and WIFI have been great. Iv traveled from Tokyo to Uji Koyto with no issues.
